This Privacy Policy describes how Âm Lịch VN ("the App"), developed by UAX.IO ("we", "us", or "our"), handles user data.

Data Collection & Usage

Âm Lịch VN is a fully offline Vietnamese lunar calendar. The App does not collect, transmit, or process any personal or sensitive user data. No user account or internet connection is required.

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Anniversary entries — names, dates, event types, and reminder preferences you create
• App preferences — notification and widget settings

When you use the feedback or bug report feature, the App prepares a draft email via your device's email client. The draft may include device manufacturer, model, Android version, and app version. This data is only sent if you manually choose to send the email.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties. The App contains no third-party SDKs, analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.

Data Security

All data is stored exclusively on your device using Android's private application storage (SharedPreferences), which is sandboxed by the operating system and inaccessible to other apps. No data is transmitted over a network, so there is no risk of interception in transit.

Data Retention & Deletion

Data is retained on your device only for as long as you keep it. You can delete individual anniversary entries within the App, clear all app data via your device's system settings (Settings → Apps → Âm Lịch VN → Clear Data), or uninstall the App to permanently remove all stored data. No data is retained on any server.

Children's Privacy

The App does not collect personal information from any user, including children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
